Rockford Map’s entire library is registered with the Library of Congress and fully protected by Federal Copyright Law under Title 17 United States Code.
Therefore, a license, which is written permission to make unlimited reproductions (scan, view, modify, print, copy, digitally retain on an Intranet and web display), is required to use and reproduce Rockford Map data for personal and business applications. With a license, you can:
- Customize presentations, newsletters, brochures, reports
- Share maps on a network within your office
- Crop images and post on website for reference and to promote sales
- Include in your genealogical records and family history memoirs

A license is activated and authorized upon receipt of license fee with application or order. Some digital products are bundled with a Lifetime Site License that does not require annual renewal. Please see individual product pages for details.
The annual fees listed below are based on data use by a single site location. All other locations must apply for a separate license. If you have an application for our data that does not fit within our current license program due to multi-site use or data sharing, please email or call our Licensing Manager at (800) 321-1627 ex. 227.
